I know firsthand how challenging and overwhelming the journey toward balance and fulfillment can be. My own experiences—studying psychology, becoming a certified health coach, running marathons, and working with a coach myself—have fueled my passion for helping others find their own path to wellness.
As a certified USATF Running Coach and Holistic Health Coach through IIN, I offer personalized run coaching and health coaching that supports your goals from every angle—mind, body, and lifestyle. While I specialize in half marathons and marathons, I work with clients of all levels. My coaching takes your whole life into account: nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and relationships. I’ve walked this path myself, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel. I’m here to guide you with practical tools, compassionate support, and consistent accountability—to help you build a life rooted in strength, balance, and joy.
